I was in the big city during rush hour traffic, so I decided to stop at their Walmart to pick up some groceries. I've determined, I hate shopping at Walmart, no matter where I'm at. I thought I just hated shopping at my local Walmart. Nope. I hate 'em all. But, dang it, nobody can beat their prices! Plus, shopping at a different store, in a different location....it's like a new world! They have different frozen meals than my usual grocery store! They have different pies! Ok, they have the same shit, but it just seems different & exciting & anxiety-producing.
I haven't really felt much like eating much lately. I love to eat so something weird is going on that I can't figure out. I definitely still have an appetite. My stomach is growling all the time. It's the matter of making something to eat (which requires me to pop open the microwave and press "time"); bringing the fork to my mouth (oh, it's so strenuous); and cleaning up afterward (garbage can, dishwasher). So, so difficult.
Regardless of my "not wanting to eat", I bought a lot of food. See for yourself.
There is no more room in my freezer! I didn't contemplate that too much while I was shopping, but on the 3rd trip up the stairs to my apartment I thought, "Gee, I hope I have enough room...." I didn't. I'm baking the pie that I bought-- right now. And I've already fixed one frozen meal. I may need to eat more now.
