"Some people hear voices, some see invisible people, others have no imagination whatsoever." -Unknown

Sometimes my dreams are so vivid, I have trouble forgetting them.  The other night I dreamt that my younger brother drove with me to an active college campus two hours away (yes, exactly 2) so that I could apply to another police department.  This is, even though I had not worked out or ran or exercised in the last year.  I still thought I could do it.  I do remember worrying that I wouldn't be able to do 30 situps in a minute.  We got to the campus and I took the written exam.  There was a break between the written exam and the physical exam, so Bro and I walked around the campus. We were in a cafeteria area with a wall of windows.  Tons of people were outside goofing around or parading.  We were all crowded around the windows, watching.  A guy, who was standing there, told us it was the college's big party and weren't we going to participate? Bro & I just said, "No".  The guy got really angry and was going to fight us.  Why he got so angry, I don't know.  He must have really liked that party.  Another guy stepped in, in our defense, and we walked away.

This is where it gets jumbled.  I remember walking through hallways, down stairs, smoking in a courtyard, losing Bro.  The next time we saw each other, he had a huge fat lip.  The angry guy found him and punched him because we weren't participating in the party.  Bro wanted me to go tell the guy that the reason we weren't participating was because we didn't go to school there and the only reason we were there was so I could take this test.  So, again, more hallways, more stairs, more rooms.  I missed the physical exam so I could find this guy and defend my brother.  We never found the guy.

We found a restaurant. My Aunt Bev was hostess.  My mom and dad were there.  While we were waiting, a bunch of my friends came out of the restaurant together. I was angry they hadn't invited me.  I kept saying, "So this is how it is".  Bro and I left....but in order to leave, we had to crawl over inflated hills and bumps to get outside.  We made it.

I don't even want to know the interpretation of this dream.

Last week I dreamt that I lived in a farmhouse with my two cats, Chica & Elvis, only Chica was no longer named Chica. Her name was Kathleen. Go figure. There was a cougar stalking outside the house. Kathleen escaped through the front door. I ran out after her. I was confronted by the cougar. For some reason, there was an awning over the front door of the house, only it was really low and blocking the front door so I couldn't get back in. I waited until the cougar pounced at me. I jumped, over the cougar, pushing its head down, and made it to the front door. Kathleen was never seen again.

Last night I dreamt that Scott Baio (from Charles in Charge & Joannie Loves Chachi) was the lead singer of Train.

You tell me what all that crap means.  I think it's my subconscious spewing vomit from my real life.
